How do I book a service? Do I have to talk to someone to get a price?

Nope! Download the NoMowSnow app on iOS or Android, create a free account, enter your property details, and choose your plan or add on services. Standardized quotes are provided in the app based on yard size, driveway length, custom requests, etc. Quotes, services and accounts can be managed directly from the NoMowSnow app.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Ohio and Illinois.

What Plans do you offer and when do they run?

Download the NoMowSnow app from the App Store or Google Play. Create a free account, enter your property details, and choose your service. You’ll receive updates and photos each time your service is completed.

How do I pay?

Pay securely in the app once your plan or add on services quote is accepted. We accept credit/debit cards. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers.

What is included in snow service?

Core snow service focuses on keeping driveways and walkways clear. Add-ons like salting & ice melt, stairs/deck clearing, pre-storm prep, urgent removal, and snow hauling are available.

Can I skip, reschedule or update lawn care services?

Yes—manage appointments and notes in the app. Need help? Use chat 24/7 or contact support during business hours.

Will I get updates when services starts and finishes?

Yep. You will see live updates, your local operator, ETA, and completion photos within your free account in the app to enable.

Does NoMowSnow offer commercial services?

Yes. We provide snow & ice management and year-round landscape maintenance for businesses. Get a tailored plan (snow & ice, lots, sidewalks, priority clears). Request a custom quote from the Commercial page or in the app.

How is my data kept safe?

Your information is only used to deliver services. Payments run through secure, trusted processors; we don’t sell your data.
